Can I send an installation photo if I do not know the product name?
Yes. Send clear overall and close-up photos, dimensions, application details and any current product reference. A drawing or physical sample may still be required when fit, glass preparation or thread geometry is critical.
Can CH Fasteners design the complete glass railing or pool fence system?
This page supports product sourcing, not project engineering. Complete system design, structural calculation, glass specification, installation and local compliance must be handled by appropriately qualified parties for the destination project.
Can glass hardware and screws be supplied together?
They can be reviewed in one enquiry. Feasibility depends on the product specifications, individual MOQs, production schedules, packing requirements and combined shipment plan.
Which stainless steel grade should I use outdoors?
There is no universal answer. The exact environment, chloride exposure, design, drainage, contact materials, surface condition, cleaning and maintenance must be considered. Provide these details before selecting 304, 316 or another confirmed route.
Can you match a discontinued roller, hinge or screw?
We can review photos, dimensions, drawings, product links or an approved physical sample. The result may be an existing match, a close alternative, a custom route or confirmation that the reference is insufficient.
