CH Fasteners
These terms govern use of the CH Fasteners website and explain how website information, quotations, product specifications and B2B orders are treated. Please read them before relying on website content or submitting an enquiry.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using chfasteners.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website is intended primarily for distributors, importers, hardware retailers, e-commerce sellers, project suppliers and other business buyers. If mandatory consumer law applies to a particular visitor or transaction, nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Operator
CH Fasteners is operated by Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Core glass hardware is manufactured in-house; complementary glass hardware and screws or accessories may be supplied through established specialist manufacturing partners.
3. Website Content
Product pages, category descriptions, catalogues, photographs, videos, technical text, prices and other website content are provided for general identification and enquiry purposes. Unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation or order document, website content does not constitute:
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may correct errors, update products or change website content without prior notice.
4. Contract Formation
Submitting a Request a Quote form, email, message, purchase order or sample request does not by itself create a contract or require CH Fasteners to accept an order.
A business order becomes binding only when the relevant commercial and technical terms have been agreed and CH Fasteners has accepted the order in writing, such as through a signed agreement, written order confirmation, accepted pro forma invoice or another clearly identified written acceptance.
A buyer's purchase-order terms or other standard conditions do not automatically become part of the agreement merely because they are sent to or received by CH Fasteners. Any additional or conflicting terms require express written acceptance.
5. Product Confirmation
Material, dimensions, finish, mechanism, standard, tolerances, quantity and packaging must be confirmed for the exact item.
Photographs show product type or application. Screen colour, lighting, angle, batch and finish may cause visual differences.
A sample, drawing or approved specification is the reference only to the extent recorded in the relevant order documents.
Tooling, artwork, labels, packaging and custom production begin only after the required approvals and commercial conditions are confirmed.
Product suitability depends on the intended application, environment, installation, local rules and other factors outside the website description. The buyer is responsible for providing complete requirements and verifying suitability before ordering or use.
6. Commercial Terms
| Item | How it is confirmed |
|---|---|
| Price and currency | Product specification, quantity, packaging, validity period, currency and destination are stated in the quotation. Website prices, where shown, are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. |
| MOQ | Confirmed by product, material, finish, production method, packaging and current supply conditions. |
| Payment | Method, amount, deposit or balance requirements and timing are stated in the accepted commercial document. |
| Lead time | Estimated from the agreed starting point and depends on approval, payment, materials, production scheduling, packaging and quantity. |
| Taxes and charges | Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes, customs fees and local charges are included only when the quotation expressly says so. |
7. Shipping
The quotation or order confirmation identifies the agreed delivery responsibility, location and freight arrangement. When an Incoterms® rule is used, the commercial document should state the selected rule, the named place or port and the applicable edition.
Risk, costs, export/import formalities, insurance and delivery obligations follow the written order terms. Ownership or title does not necessarily transfer at the same point as transport risk and should be confirmed separately where relevant.
The buyer must provide accurate consignee, delivery and import information and cooperate with customs or logistics requirements. Delays caused by incorrect information, import restrictions, customs action, carrier events or other matters outside CH Fasteners' reasonable control are handled according to the written order terms and applicable law.
8. After Delivery
The buyer should inspect packaging, quantities and products promptly after receipt and preserve cartons, labels, photos, videos and other evidence relating to any alleged shortage, transit damage or non-conformity.
Notice periods, inspection standards, remedies, returns, replacements, credits and warranty obligations are governed by the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or sales agreement and mandatory law. Products should not be returned without prior written authorisation and agreed return instructions.
Custom, private-label, opened, installed, altered or improperly stored products may require different handling and are not automatically eligible for return.
9. Buyer-Supplied Materials
When you submit a drawing, sample, product link, photograph, trademark, label, barcode, packaging artwork or other material, you confirm that you have the right and authority to provide it and request the relevant use.
You grant CH Fasteners and necessary manufacturing or service partners a limited right to review and use the submitted material only for product matching, quotation, sampling, production, quality, packaging, delivery and related support.
Do not send trade secrets or highly confidential information before an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is agreed. Mark confidential materials clearly and request a separate non-disclosure agreement where needed.
10. Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, the website design, CH Fasteners branding, text, graphics, layout, catalogues and other content are owned by or licensed to CH Fasteners or Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download or print website material for legitimate internal purchasing and product-evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, modify, remove notices from or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission.
11. Website Use
You must not:
We may restrict access, reject submissions or take appropriate action where misuse or a security risk is reasonably suspected.
12. External Services
The website may link to or display third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, translation tools, logistics resources or external websites. These are provided for convenience. CH Fasteners does not control their availability, security, content or terms, and use of them is governed by the relevant third party.
A link does not necessarily mean that CH Fasteners endorses, controls or has a commercial relationship with the linked party.
13. Website Availability
The website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or that general website information will meet every technical, regulatory or commercial requirement.
Product-specific warranties or commitments apply only when recorded in an accepted quotation, order confirmation, specification or separate written agreement.
14. Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CH Fasteners and Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, temporary website unavailability, third-party links or unauthorised website use.
Liability relating to a product quotation, order, manufacture, delivery or warranty is governed by the specific written sales documents and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Personal Information
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the CH Fasteners Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that the information will be used to respond, prepare quotations and manage related business communications as described there.
16. Translation
The website may offer automatically or manually translated content for convenience. Product terminology and legal meaning can vary between languages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version of these Terms & Conditions and English commercial documents control if a translation conflicts, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.
17. Legal Framework
These website-use terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply regardless of that choice. The parties should first attempt to resolve a website-related dispute through good-faith communication.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, courts with jurisdiction at the place where Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory is established will have jurisdiction over disputes arising solely from these website-use terms. A separate quotation, order confirmation or sales contract may specify a different governing law, court, arbitration arrangement or dispute procedure for the commercial transaction.
18. Updates
We may update these terms when the website, business model or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and applies to website use after publication.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
19. Contact
Contact Sam Wu before relying on website information for a purchase decision. Product specifications and commercial terms should always be confirmed for the exact enquiry or order.
