The Order Journey

Six steps from product request to dispatch

Each stage creates a clear approval point so that the product, packaging and commercial requirements can be checked before the next stage begins.

Send your enquiry

Share the product reference, drawing or sample, required specifications, quantity, packaging needs and destination.

Confirm specification & quotation

We review the supply route, materials, dimensions, finish, MOQ, pricing, packaging, estimated schedule and delivery terms.

Sample or pre-production approval

Where required, standard samples, custom samples, drawings or a reference pack are reviewed before bulk production.

Confirm the order

Production starts after written agreement on the specification and commercial terms, together with the agreed payment requirement.

Production & inspection

Relevant checks may cover material, dimensions, finish, appearance, fit, mechanism, quantity and packaging.

Pack & coordinate delivery

Approved packing, carton marks and applicable shipping documents are prepared before dispatch under the agreed delivery responsibility.

Approval & Quality

Confirm the reference before bulk production

For a repeat product, drawing, sample or previously approved specification can serve as the production reference. New or customised items may require additional sampling or confirmation.

  • Critical dimensions, materials, finishes and functional requirements are recorded.
  • Inspection points are selected according to the product and agreed order requirements.
  • Customer-specific or legally required documentation must be identified before order confirmation.
  • Any requested change should be confirmed in writing before production continues.

Packaging & Mixed Orders

Built around practical distributor requirements

We support growing distributors that may need more than one product, different packing formats or private-label preparation. Feasibility is reviewed against the MOQ and production conditions of each item.

  • Bulk, neutral and selected private-label packaging options
  • Labels, barcodes, inner quantities, carton marks and retail packs
  • Mixed-item order planning across compatible product groups
  • Packaging artwork and reference-pack review before production

Commercial Confirmation

Terms are matched to the actual order

Different products do not share the same production method, availability or packing cost. The following items are therefore confirmed in the quotation rather than presented as a universal website promise.

MOQBy product, finish, production method and packaging
PricingBy specification, quantity, packaging and destination
PaymentAgreed for the specific quotation and order
Lead timeBased on approval, availability and production scheduling
Delivery termsFreight route and responsibilities confirmed in writing
Important: An estimated schedule is not a dispatch guarantee until the specification, payment requirement, packaging, production plan and delivery arrangement have been confirmed for the order.

Delivery Coordination

Clear responsibilities before shipment

We confirm the destination, planned freight route and applicable delivery responsibility during quotation. The final arrangement may be handled by CH Fasteners, the buyer's nominated forwarder or another agreed party.

  • Provide a complete consignee and delivery contact.
  • Confirm carton marks, labels and other destination requirements before packing.
  • Review the packing information and applicable shipping documents.
  • Import licences, duties, taxes and local clearance responsibilities follow the agreed terms.
  • After receipt, check cartons and products promptly and report any discrepancy with photos, labels and quantities.

Documents as applicable

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Transport or shipping document

Ordering Questions

Before you place an order

Do all products have the same MOQ?

No. MOQ depends on the item, material, finish, production method and packaging. Practical trial quantities can be reviewed, but the applicable MOQ is confirmed product by product.

Can glass hardware, screws and accessories be combined?

Mixed-item orders can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on each item's MOQ, production schedule, packing method, total volume and shipping plan.

Can I approve a sample before production?

Yes, where sampling is appropriate. Availability, custom sample requirements, charges, freight and the approval reference are confirmed for the exact enquiry.

When does production begin?

Production begins after the specification and commercial terms have been confirmed in writing and the agreed payment requirement has been completed.

What is the production lead time?

Lead time is order-specific and depends on availability, customisation, finish, quantity, packaging, approval and current production scheduling.

Can CH Fasteners arrange international shipping?

Shipping support can be discussed. The selected route, freight charges, delivery responsibility and required documents are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
