From Enquiry to Shipment
A clear B2B process for glass hardware, screws and accessories—from specification review and sampling to production, inspection, packaging and international delivery coordination.

The Order Journey
Each stage creates a clear approval point so that the product, packaging and commercial requirements can be checked before the next stage begins.
Share the product reference, drawing or sample, required specifications, quantity, packaging needs and destination.
We review the supply route, materials, dimensions, finish, MOQ, pricing, packaging, estimated schedule and delivery terms.
Where required, standard samples, custom samples, drawings or a reference pack are reviewed before bulk production.
Production starts after written agreement on the specification and commercial terms, together with the agreed payment requirement.
Relevant checks may cover material, dimensions, finish, appearance, fit, mechanism, quantity and packaging.
Approved packing, carton marks and applicable shipping documents are prepared before dispatch under the agreed delivery responsibility.
Prepare Your RFQ
You do not need to have every detail at the beginning. Send what is available, and we will identify the information still needed for product matching and quotation.
Website link, catalogue number, clear photos, drawing, existing supplier code or physical sample.
Material, dimensions, finish, mechanism, screw standard, head, drive, thread and point type where relevant.
Trial quantity, estimated order quantity and expected repeat purchasing pattern.
Bulk packing, neutral packaging, private label, barcode, retail box, assortment kit or carton marks.
Country, city or port, plus any preferred freight method or delivery responsibility.
Target market, application, desired timing and the factors most important to your buying decision.

Approval & Quality
For a repeat product, drawing, sample or previously approved specification can serve as the production reference. New or customised items may require additional sampling or confirmation.
Packaging & Mixed Orders
We support growing distributors that may need more than one product, different packing formats or private-label preparation. Feasibility is reviewed against the MOQ and production conditions of each item.

Commercial Confirmation
Different products do not share the same production method, availability or packing cost. The following items are therefore confirmed in the quotation rather than presented as a universal website promise.
Delivery Coordination
We confirm the destination, planned freight route and applicable delivery responsibility during quotation. The final arrangement may be handled by CH Fasteners, the buyer's nominated forwarder or another agreed party.
Send the destination, order volume and preferred shipping method. Sam will help identify the details required for a workable quotation.
Ordering Questions
No. MOQ depends on the item, material, finish, production method and packaging. Practical trial quantities can be reviewed, but the applicable MOQ is confirmed product by product.
Mixed-item orders can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on each item's MOQ, production schedule, packing method, total volume and shipping plan.
Yes, where sampling is appropriate. Availability, custom sample requirements, charges, freight and the approval reference are confirmed for the exact enquiry.
Production begins after the specification and commercial terms have been confirmed in writing and the agreed payment requirement has been completed.
Lead time is order-specific and depends on availability, customisation, finish, quantity, packaging, approval and current production scheduling.
Shipping support can be discussed. The selected route, freight charges, delivery responsibility and required documents are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Send the available product references, specifications, quantity, packaging requirements and destination. We will identify the missing details and prepare an order-specific quotation.
