Who we are and how products are supplied
Is CH Fasteners a factory or a trading company?
CH Fasteners is operated by Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory. Core glass hardware is manufactured in-house. Complementary glass hardware and screws may be coordinated through established specialist manufacturing partners, and the supply route is presented transparently.
Which products are manufactured in-house?
Our factory manufactures core glass hardware, including many shower door rollers, hinges and selected glass door or window fittings. The exact manufacturing route is confirmed for the product being discussed.
Are screws manufactured by Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory?
No. Screws and fastening accessories are supplied through a long-term cooperating specialist screw manufacturer. Materials, standards, finishes and available documentation are confirmed product by product.
What does your U.S. Home Depot channel experience mean?
Foshan Anlan Hardware Factory has manufacturing experience supplying glass hardware to sellers serving the U.S. Home Depot channel. This describes our manufacturing experience; it does not claim that CH Fasteners has a direct contract with Home Depot.

What product lines do you supply?
Our two core product lines are Glass Hardware and Screws & Accessories. The range includes shower door hinges, rollers, sliding glass door hardware, handles, clamps, support fittings, screws, assortment kits, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers and related accessories.
Which screw materials and finishes are available?
Available options include product-specific 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel and zinc-plated screws, with other materials or finishes reviewed where relevant. Grade, coating, dimensions, application and documentation must be confirmed for the exact item.
Can you match an existing product, drawing or sample?
Yes, when sufficient information is available. Send clear photos, measurements, drawings, standards, supplier references or a physical sample. A sample is especially useful when internal dimensions, tolerances or mechanisms cannot be identified from photographs.
Why are prices not shown for most products?
B2B pricing depends on material, dimensions, finish, mechanism, quantity, packaging and destination. Most products therefore use quotation-based pricing. A small number of market-opening products may show an indicative price, which still requires final confirmation.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed by product, material, finish, production method and packaging. We focus on small and mid-sized distributors, so practical trial quantities can be reviewed, but one universal MOQ does not apply to every item.
Can I combine different products in one order?
Yes, mixed-item coordination can be reviewed for glass hardware, screws and accessories. Feasibility depends on each product's MOQ, production schedule, packing method, total volume and shipping plan.
Can you provide OEM, private-label or retail packaging?
Yes. Options may include neutral packs, labels, barcodes, printed boxes, assortment kits, inner quantities and carton marks. Send the artwork, packaging dimensions or a reference pack where available.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes, subject to product availability and customisation requirements. Standard samples, newly produced samples, tooling, sample charges and freight responsibility are confirmed for the exact enquiry.

How do you control product quality?
Quality requirements are confirmed from the approved specification, sample or drawing. Relevant checks may include materials, dimensions, finish, appearance, fit, mechanism and packaging. The inspection plan depends on the product and order requirements.
Can you provide certificates or test reports?
Applicable documents are confirmed product by product. We do not claim that one certificate covers unrelated products, materials, production batches or end-use applications. Customer-confidential documents are not published without permission.
How are lead time and shipping arranged?
Lead time depends on product availability, customisation, finish, quantity, packaging and current production scheduling. Commercial terms, delivery responsibility and freight route are confirmed during quotation based on the destination and order.
